Metallica is the best though, when they go to foreign countries, they will perform a song from that country, like they did in Poland. They performed an instrumental version of Czesław Niemen’s ‘Sen o Warszawie’ (Dream of Warsaw), and in Moscow they covered a Kino song.
She made this cover as close to an exact replica of Fleetwood Mac as she could.
Another Hamas supporter. No thanks.
Her YouTube hit led her signing with BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville a year ago. That is a country music-focused imprint under BMG, which has supported releases like her track "Chasing The Wind" on the Twisters: The Album soundtrack and her sophomore album Faded Polaroids (September 2025).
Prior to this, she had signed with Republic Records in December 2020 following her viral "Dreams" cover, but she was later shelved and transitioned to BBR/BMG for her current country-rock direction.
Worth a listen.
The overbearingly loud bass drum beat ruined it, IMO.
Fine, now do Tusk.
Is Dua Lipa Latin for “lip synch”?
I think she’s a cool performer. And from what I saw elsewhere, seems a cool person. I don’t know about her politics, though.
Lacks the crisp definition and balls-to-the-wall quality of the original.
meh...
4 part harmony that includes a violin version

And I know what $100 prostitutes in Bahrain look like.
$175 will get her and her friend!
OMG I listened to this yesterday - she is phenomenal! I had nevwr thought to hear anyone being able to DUPLICATE (not closely), but truly EXACTLY like Stevie Nicks.
I was completely blown away by her sound. Not sure I could put into words just how beautiful she sounds.
In highschool (92) I built a pretty bad ass stereo setup in my car. Like everyone did, really.
But after all that work others would load rap or something fun and bassy...
.. but not me. The first thing I played? Yeah. tusk. It was like I was there. I even convinced my music teacher and band leader to incorporate it into high school practices.
An incredible album.
But anyway, Dua Lipa is another in a long list of young and impressionable greedy little bitches who will do anything for a fat paycheck.
All of these women shamefully miss out on a powerful truth : they have the ability to sing. She has a great voice. But those idiots in the engineering booth and the executive offices have their own agenda that she is only a part of.
Do they have that bass cello part, like Fleetwood Mac’s? Thanks for the links.
