You’re right, there is nothing good about sugar. I was just puzzled how, whatever its deleterious effects, the small amount that goes into a cup of coffee could wipe out what the coffee is doing to help with a fatty liver. Same with cream. Although it seems like every couple of weeks black coffee specifically is cited for health improvements.
