The goal here is poulation reduction
spreading fine dust of volcanic rock is potentially a good way to reduce the population of farm workers/farm families/harvestors. Long-term exposure may lead to serious lung diseases.
Acid rain then releases the co2. But the scam is worth investing in all the same Al Gore. Big money!
