In the vid she claimed that she was waiting for her daughter who was apparently seated in the back of the plane, complaining that the bottlenecked passengers weren't letting her daughter through.
I'm guessing the poor daughter was in the back of the plane away from her mother for a reason...

Flying has become very unpleasant, even on the regular carriers. And yet, because of time constraints, I will be flying round trip to two destinations before the year is over. Not looking forward to the air travel part.

I know a retired cop who went on to become a Frontier flight attendant. He told me they like to hire former cops because they know how to deal with these idiots.
