Deep State prosecutors in the Eastern District of Virginia are leaking again – this time they are trying to defend Letitia James.

A top prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia is refusing to charge corrupt New York Attorney General Letitia James.

According to MSNBC, Elizabeth Yusi, a senior prosecutor who oversees criminal cases in the Norfolk office, is claiming there is ‘no probable cause’ that Letitia James committed mortgage fraud.

TGP has extensively and exclusively reported on Letitia James’ mortgage fraud via Joel Gilbert:

The Trump Administration recently criminally referred New York Attorney General Letitia James to the Justice Department over accusations of mortgage fraud.

President Trump said there was a good case against Leticia James. He certainly wouldn't have called her out like he has if there wasn't. He fired VA Attorney General Siebert after he slow walked and ultimately decline to act against obvious fraud (James). President Trump replaced him with Acting Attorney Halligan. This isn't over yet - 'senior' attorneys in the VA DOJ are corrupt.

Another far left incident where the DemonRATS are untouchable. They are above the law. James should be on her way to prison. Unfortunately, she’s a DemonRAT turd muncher. Above the law.

Just show us the mortgage applications. That should settle it.

Time to fire some more federal prosecutors.

I get tired of saying this....Pam Bondi, Kash Patel and Pete Hegseth are paying the price for not launching desperately needed massive purges of the DOJ, FBI and DOD. Periodically leftist turds float to the surface in all 3 and need to be fired. The fact that they keep surfacing so regularly tells you just how chocked full of Leftist turds all 3 are.

“Unfortunately, she’s a DemonRAT turd muncher. Above the law.”

No, it is not that. It is that Republicans are in charge of enforcing the law.

Letitia represented and averred as truthful that it would be her primary residence—making the lender more confident that she would make her payments, and to claim the homestead exemption?
WTF? Fire the prosecutor! This an ‘in your face’ dual system of justice.

They say this as if the “senior prosecutor” is not some liberal hack who is part of the resistance.

The DOJ office for the eastern district of Virginia should be required by Pam Bondi to at a minimum convene a Grand Jury and let the Grand Jury see the evidence and possibly make a grand jury indictment.

Elizabeth Yusi? Elizabeth should have recused herself. She may be in love. Friggin bimbos sit all day munching brownies and watching Da View and then spend the rest of the day watching Court TV. The next thing you know, they stop baking brownies and begging far-left commie fag politicians for jobs as judgeez and shyster lawyers. No wonder the Judicial branch in this country is like a friggin tray full of burnt brownies.
