currently unsupported for supercharging and warranties are voided

Like the other items in the wonderful world of high tech.

A printer that now is no longer supported so won't work on the current devices for sending printing impulses to it.

some outdated music download devices.

How to Protect Yourself

Use Vehicle History Databases:
Check the vehicle’s Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) website (www.vehiclehistory.gov).
You can also check VINs at the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) website (www.nicb.org) for free.

Inspect the Title:
Carefully examine the physical title for terms like “salvage,” “rebuilt,” “reconstructed,” or “flood”.

Request Records:
Ask the seller for original repair and maintenance records to get a clearer picture of the vehicle’s history.

Get an Independent Inspection:
Before buying, have a trusted, independent mechanic perform a thorough inspection to identify any hidden damage or shoddy repairs that might not be obvious to the average buyer.

...a deeper dive into the CARFAX vehicle history report, which he didn't pull until after the sale, uncovered a "minor accident."

A used car salesman mislead him? I’m SHOCKED!

You have to wonder, how did Tesla get pictures of the damage and repair? Was the “shoddy” repair by a Tesla dealer?

“Tesla said it’s a safety issue connecting a damaged vehicle to the powerful superchargers.”

Never had a problem putting a gasoline nozzle into the tank filler neck on a damaged vehicle.

I’ve banged up some gasoline cars quite a bit...but EVERY TIME when I pulled into a gas station, the pump at the station operated normally...instead of telling me to f-off.

The last time my gas guzzling car had an “unsupportive” issue was when they discontinued leaded gas. However, the solution was simple. Keep bottles of lead in the car and add it to the tank when I fuel up

Too bad about the EV.
