Now we know why Microsoft and Google have been laying off thousands of white Americans and replacing them with fellow H1B Indians.

When the Left is against something, doesn’t that tell you there must be something good and beneficial about it, right?

H-1B Visa Holders are not illegal aliens and can be beneficial because they work for lower wages (bypassing the obnoxious and destructive minimum wage and union junk), thus reducing costs and lower prices, and benefitting the consumer. And when the consumer wins the economy wins and America wins.

And the Left does not want America to win.

I posted before that I have met some extremely smart and motivated H1b visa holders, but 99 and 44/100 of them are as dumb as a bar of soap, and I doubt they float

By contributing at least $30/month (or $360/year) to Free Republic you can be a member of the Free Republic Dollar-A-Day club.

"You can contribute any combination of monthly and/or one-time contributions to reach this goal."

Or you can be like marcus, and not contribute ANYTHING but spam, rooterspimpink and blogpimping to Free Republic!

Zelensky has Grifted and Laundered enough US Taxpayer Cash to pay the new H-1B Visa fee in his skilled professions of Homo Dancing and Penis Piano Playing, guaranteeing his permanent residence in the US.

Sadly H1B is not used to bring in the best of the best, its used to bring in people without having to raise salaries. In many notorious cases American workers were required to train their replacements to get their separation packages.

If a company can train H1Bs, they can train Americans. If they can’t get the people they need, they can raise wage levels. In the best cases they use H1B to avoid wage increases. In the worst case they use them to lower their wage rates.

The best thing I can say about the H1B coders I have known is that they spoke English better than a lot of us natives.

There are enough Dalits (democrat voters) in the USA. We don’t need anymore.

The H-1B program is just another way for India to offload all their “Untouchables” to Western shores. Send them all back.

H1-B is an Indian scam. We should lower Indian H1-Bs and Chinese H1-Bs to a couple thousand. Now they are around 85,000. The $100,000 price tag allows the market to get rid of low skilled Indians of which there are tens of thousands. American programmers are not working. AI is replacing many jobs. Those jobs should be Indian jobs not American jobs.

Some visa holders were industrious and successful, it does not mean they all will be.
Even a good thing can be over used and fail because of it.

I’m against the $100,000 fee.

American companies are basically buying a pig in a poke.

Credentials such as a Harvard degree often mean very little.

I prefer an auction system based on premiums to typical salaries by degree and years of experience, with a minimum 20% premium.

I would also have periodic (weekly/biweekly) fees if H-1Bs would make less than $200,000/year and increase for each year of age under age 65.
