It’s an easy win politically since you’re not going to find too many Americans that support importing Indians and Chinese . The main problem is big tech (among others) who want to keep their slave labor coming in.
the business owners should just hire indians without bringing them here. just remote, pay less, no h1b fee. win win for the company and shareholders.

When the Left is against something, doesn’t that tell you there must be something good and beneficial about it, right?
H-1B Visa Holders are beneficial because they work for lower wages (bypassing the obnoxious and destructive minimum wage and union junk), thus reducing costs and lower prices, and benefitting the consumer. And when the consumer wins the economy wins and America wins.
And the Left does not want America to win.

Laying off American and hiring H-1B visa holders is criminal. Where are the civil rights lawyers?
