Thanks for posting. I love research and articles like this.
Many secular “scientists” claiming that fruits are bad for you. I just find it difficult to believe that God would create these fruits, and have them be bad for you.
Very interesting. Thanks again.

We had mango and strawberries as a fruit side to an omelet for breakfast today. Yummy! (Yes, I made breakfast at home. We don’t eat out very often, especially breakfast.) There’s another mango ripening on the counter, too!

I’m not a fan of mangoes, but maybe I should be.

I knew it would be mango. I hate mango and it is added to everything now.

Mango is my favorite fruit. We had a mango tree near our house in Gitmo when I was a young’un.

When I was growing up, we had a mango tree in the yard. I would eat and slurp them while sitting naked in the bathtub. Then I’d shower off.

I cannot stand mangos. I don’t know what it is about them. They taste good, they’re sweet, but I always feel almost queasy after I eat one.

Thanks. I’m a type 1 and type 2 diabetic. Something similar was posted a few months back and I’ve been eating mangoes every day since.
