Russia's Belgorod region is working to restore power and hot water after Ukrainian missile strikes caused significant outages and injured at least three civilians, the area's governor said on Monday.
Vyacheslav Gladkov said Ukraine had targeted the region's infrastructure, forcing certain facilities to switch to backup power generators and had twice struck the regional capital - Belgorod - with six warheads in total.
Unverified social media footage showed what looked like a powerful missile attack on a power station in Belgorod with a series of loud explosions followed by smoke rising into the sky.
Reuters could not verify the footage and there was no immediate comment from Ukraine whose own power infrastructure comes under regular attack from Russia.

Dear FRiends, Our FReepathon is our next concern. We still need to raise approximately $4k before the end of the month to meet our goal! And I think we’re gonna need a little prayer here. Thank you very much and God bless you.

Do remember the Ukies recent failed Kursk offensive, that stunt cost them 40,000 troops, for what?
So the Ukies shut down Belgorad’s thermal plant, the next day Vlad unleashed the largest missile and drone attack across the entire Ukraine…..ask the Ukies, was it worth it?

The largest attack in the war, putting the entire Kiev region into darkness. Kiev, Zaparhoznia, and more. Excellent video footage and missile routes.

Russian Launches Autumn-Winter Strike Military Campaign💥❄️Military Summary And Analysis 2025.09.28
Putin’s “Super Power” Russia proven fake and Potemmkin once again. Its armchair fan club the joke the world.
I think it is highly unlikely that Putin was able to put together his massive drone attack the very next day. It is far more likely his commanders had been accumulating a supply of drones and positioning them for this attack. In fact, I would not be surprised if the Ukraine attack on the Belgorod plant was used as a distraction against Putin’s massive drone attack plan which they already were aware was coming.
The Kursk attack by Ukraine was a daring move. And my recollection is that Russia lost some 40,000 troops as a result. Russia had to draw out a large number of troops attacking other areas of Ukraine in order to eject Ukraine from this embarrassing invasion of Russian territory. Any lives lost by Ukraine in Kursk were no doubt more that made up for by lives saved elsewhere, and the results were so sweet. I’m sure that part of the support now being given by NATO and EU countries was influenced by this daring and aggressive move by Ukraine.
It was another failed Ukie offensive, an offensive that turned into a disaster .As with all failed offensives, they were hammered in their retreat….
History note: Napoleon lost the majority of his Army when retreating from Moscow….paint it anyway you like, everyone knows exactly what happened- they were picked off by Vlad’s drones and artillery, much video evidence.
Typical Ukie PR, “ our massive retreat was a victory”…..believe what you will.
