That's Rand at the podium. He has pledged to campaign for him as much as he can 💖
Does this look like a man who is going to lose??

You sound worried he's going to lose.
To: Right_Wing_Madman
I’m not worried. Just asking the question because a few here say he’ll lose 🙄

If the Supreme Court rules adverse to Trump's power to impose tariffs, we will have no economic policy for the country, the plan will be in ruins, and we will ask ourselves, "why didn't we listen to Massie?"

The weird thing is you agree wiht him 95% on the issues (I ask you check this against Massie’s scorecards )
You just dont like him being principled and asking questions when your guy is in the WH .
Same deal with Rand. They dont care who is in the WH they are consistent and that’s why they have millions of followers

You have no clue what I agree with Rand Paul or Massie on. Don't claim something you have no knowledge of. You need to get yourself another Rand Paul drool towel. The one you have must be completely soaked by now.

We haven't had an economic policy in this country in decades. Trump is the first President who addressed the tariff issue in his first and now second term, so if the Supreme Court rules adversely on his power to impose tariffs, then it's back to the U.S. taking it up the ass as usual, which includes the high trade deficits we've know for eons.

His only hope is to have multiple opponents that split the vote...and time, of course. Right now he’d lose in a massive landslide.
For whatever reason all of the ads running now are about flag burning which is not the best issue he’d be vulnerable on.

Trump made a political decision to cope with the gaping deficits which threaten to up end our nation with growth rather than austerity-a decision which I applauded then and continue to support now as long as it has a reasonable prospect of success.
But to implement the indispensable growth, Trump emphasized energy, tax cuts, cutting regulations, and tariffs to import "trillions" of dollars of foreign investment. He campaigned on delivering prosperity not on solving our budget crisis with austerity.
If tariffs fall, foreign investment will diminish, GDP will slack and deficits will spike. At this point we can remind ourselves what Massie was saying or what Elon Musk uncovered but, either way, there will have to be a move toward austerity. At that moment the prospects for the midterms and 2028 turn negative.
Eventually, we will either go bankrupt or we will cut spending. Massie is right.
