That was what I was trying to hint at.
People do not understand the difference between private (the person is not going to spread it around) confidential (you are in a legal relationship where the person will incur penalties if they do talk to people outside a warrant ) privileged (Usually will not talk even with a warrant except in a few cases) and sacrosanct (can not talk. ever. however this is only under the seal of a confessional. Things mentioned outside are still fair game to be forced out of them).
They do not understand their therapist, doctor and other professionals have a legal "duty to report" on any number of topics.
even messaging and e-mails are not a good place to talk. everything on the internet can be seen by law enforcement...You need to talk to a lawyer in person do not talk to anyone online.
