I am afraid that the left actually does hate all of us while the conservatives hope that the left will grow up and wise up. I hope conservatives also recognize now just how dangerous the deranged left can be.
What Charlie has said in recent years is exactly what most people believed in the past, even Democrats.

Decent ,rational people for their own well being must come to understand that any self described Democrat they encounter has evil at their core and should never be trusted.
And I would like to think people are not bone deep stupid and incapable of looking up a basic fact.
But, just yesterday I read multiple posts by people who were convinced that the eggs you buy in the store are "painted white" because white supremacy.
It was not just that they were profoundly wrong on a matter of fact it was that with the power to LOOK IT UP in their hand they could not be bothered because the possibility of their being wrong did not exist in their world.
And the vitriol directed at the few posters who dared to correct their error was troubling
It is deeper than conservatives. It is those of us who are Christians, those who make Jesus the center of their lives, those of us who believe scripture is the very word of God and believe the Holy Spirit guides us.
Satan and evil is true and hates Christ and His followers.
What Charley’s martyrdom has taught us is that there is no place we can straddle anymore. No fence sitting.
We all wear the uniform of Christ followers, Satan knows who we are.
It’s time to put on the full armor of God, its time to repent or as Charlie put it, its our turning point. The battle is spiritual. Join together in a Bible believing church, examine your priorities to see that God is at the center of your lives, find and develop your spiritual gifts.
Our weapons are prayer, being in the word, and repentance. A true revival has already started. There is no choice for those who have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior. You are on the side that is hated and you cannot hide. Suit up, the battle has begun and you are in the army of God.

For many years Ive attended an old college friend’s Christmas party. Back then I was a Reagan guy and he’s been a lib forever. That didnt matter until now because we’ve always shared laughs about everything including each other. This year I dont think I want to be in the company of any liberals. I’m not going to pretend to be nice to any of them. I know Charlie would probably encourage otherwise but in this case I need to sit this one out.
