Section 1. Antifa as a Terrorist Threat. Antifa is a militarist, anarchist enterprise that explicitly calls for the overthrow of the United States Government, law enforcement authorities, and our system of law. It uses illegal means to organize and execute a campaign of violence and terrorism nationwide to accomplish these goals. This campaign involves coordinated efforts to obstruct enforcement of Federal laws through armed standoffs with law enforcement, organized riots, violent assaults on Immigration and Customs Enforcement and other law enforcement officers, and routine doxing of and other threats against political figures and activists. Antifa recruits, trains, and radicalizes young Americans to engage in this violence and suppression of political activity, then employs elaborate means and mechanisms to shield the identities of its operatives, conceal its funding sources and operations in an effort to frustrate law enforcement, and recruit additional members. Individuals associated with and acting on behalf of Antifa further coordinate with other organizations and entities for the purpose of spreading, fomenting, and advancing political violence and suppressing lawful political speech. This organized effort designed to achieve policy objectives by coercion and intimidation is domestic terrorism.

The most common method for an executive order to end is through revocation by a new president. A sitting president has the authority to revoke, amend, or supersede any order issued by a predecessor by issuing a new executive order that explicitly cancels the previous one. This power allows a new administration to shift policy and priorities.
We’d best make this more permanent or at least vote in the next Pres as a Republican.

Agree. I’ve been disgusted since the Dem mayor in Portland, Oregon in May, 2020 told the cops to stand down. This was to refrain from interfering in clashes between Antifa and onlookers.
They leaned against a store building with their arms folded as they watched a white haired citizen get tripped and then kicked and punched by black clad antifa thugs for arguing against the BLM side in public.
100 nights of rioting. In June, 2020 Portland partially defunded the police but due to criticism it did not fully “defund” them. Their budget was redirected to parks and other areas. The “school resource officers” and “transit police” were fully defunded.
No budget year since 2020 has had a full police force due to not enough recruits applying.
Incredibly, “In May 2025, the Portland City Council again approved redirecting funds from the police to the Parks and Recreation Bureau, which the police chief stated would hinder recruitment efforts.”

Trump, God willing, is going to be in office for another 3 years. Hopefully during that time they are completely in disarray that it won’t be easy to put back together.
Even when they were not designated as terrorist organization, they worked in disguise.
