The tricky part is getting the video and sound to match up.

Many years ago, when I used to follow the Jerry Richardson Panthers, I would listen to the radio feed of the game while watching the video feed. When they started to delay the video feed I found a gadget to hook up to the radio that would delay the radio feed by a variable amount.

It was possible to sync the radio feed to the video feed.

That gadget sold for approximately $180.

Radio with a delaying device built in to the receiver used to be sold, but not presently available. What is available is inline devices, Roku, or software that delays the audio, but it's not a simple matter to do. The radio audio must be coming through an external device to connect the delay device between them. I prefer something simpler.
