The Preamble to the U.S. Constitution contains 52 words stating six key objectives that set the tone for, and undergird, civil governance across the United States.
True the Ballot is an idea to enhance the understanding of, and appreciation for each of those objectives as they apply to the public officials and citizens of St. Joseph County, Indiana.
At the same time, True the Ballot seeks to recruit individuals for public office who are not only qualified, but also dedicated toward those same objectives.
Since the Preamble is inherently non-partisan, I invite any concerned citizen of any party affilliation to meet with me at the St. Joseph Public Library, Classroom F, on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 10:00 AM.
There I will present the tools and strategies thus far developed to make True the Ballot a fruitful endeavor.
Given current trends toward civil discord in the United States, my hope is that the citizens of St. Joseph County, Indiana, will join me in setting an example for the balance of this nation.
Snacks and beverages will be provided. Please RSVP via text or phone to 574-304-3559.

If you live in my county, the same county that somehow elevated a confused man to public office however competent otherwise he may be, then you will want to attend and assist in making sure anyone who runs for public office here is held accountable before they get on the ballot.
True the Ballot is not about election integrity, but candidate integrity. I have identified c. 1,600 individuals who have taken the oath of office and whose duties impact the citizens of my county.
Every one of them will be listed publicly and will be invited to take an examination focused upon the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution they swore to uphold and defend.
I do not understand what this is about
Who is the confused man elected to office?
Mayor Pete
Ah that makes sense and now I understand your mission. thank you
