This is not a new article, but the attitude of the court has bothered me for a long time. If you are a state of the USA, then you must adhere to the constitution of the USA. The constitution of the USA is interpreted for the inferior courts (INCLUDING YOU HAWAII) by the US Supreme court. When I read that the HI superior court interpreted the law via the "spirit of Aloha" I wondered when the Supremes would swat them down. Hasn't happened yet, and I've always wondered what in the hell the "spirit of Aloha was. Well now I came across some pictured that I think are the spirit of aloha. Here they are:

I live in Hawaii. No choice. I hate the attitudes here. Aloha only works with natives and some locals, but they still claim it. It’s been gone a long time now.

I wish the feds would shut off the money supply and shut this place down. They hate businesses, working, and have turned paradise into a homeless, lawless cesspool.

This Judge is an idiot. The 2nd Amendment applies to ALL States through the 14th Amendment. Abrogation of the 2nd by Hawaiian state courts is a deprivation of civil rights under color of law and majorly compensable.
