@RandPaul
Today I’ll be forcing the U.S. Senate to vote on my Penny Plan to cut spending and balance the Budget.
Congress didn’t do its job.
Neither the House nor the Senate produced a budget.
Neither one did anything serious to cut spending.
So I did it for them - and every single U.S. Senator will have a choice today: vote for my plan to cut spending and balance the budget, or keep the status quo, Biden-level spending.
Call your Senators today and tell them to vote for the Penny Plan tonight.

By the way, it’s more like 6 pennies now!
Doesn’t Rand Paul have another group of narco-terrorists constitutional rights of due process to defend?
How is your senator(s) going to vote on this?
I live in MD my senators are lying traitorous tyrants.
Yikes no hope even talking to those.
Exactly.
I was on a town call once with Hoyer they called my number to join (congressman not senator) and when they found my affiliation they literally muted me, I could listen but they made sure I could have literally no input to the process, no questions, nothing.
That is how all democrats operate.
“Congress didn’t do its job. “
They never have and never will.
It will take a US Bastille Day to make those sorry-assed chicken-lipped slime to actually do a real day’s work.
Great plan but DOA. Too bad.
Just like the “fix” for Social Security, our politicians are not interested in helping us at all.
Rand Paul’s plan would be a good starting point. But trying to get Congressmen and Senators to trim the budget, even with a “Penny Plan,” is like getting meth addicts to give up their fix.
My senators never disappoint. They ALWAYS vote against what I support.
Having travelled a lot, one of my favorite trips is Argentina. They have pressed aluminum centavos that are worth less than the aluminum. They are so useless people just throw them on the streets. Even the bums don’t bother picking them up.
Bastille Day where a handful of people were forced out of their open cells that they were happily living in by a self-righteous mob?
Read an overview on this proposal. I do not see how it will work. They will not touch the main drivers, SS, Medicare, Medicaid and defense spending (they might this). These are going up even more as more boomers retire.
It at least is an attempt but I just do not see it really working. The Senate is broken beyond repair.
True. Just 1% a year... for a few years.. they wont even do that!
You’re headed for a crisis
* Be interesting to see which GOPers vote tonight for Biden spending
