If we don't begin to get serious and put these mentally ill people in facilities, it is only going to get worse.

In Los Angeles , they are living on the street in tents!!!!

And yes, I am talking about lock down facilities!!

In one of her crimes she was found not guilty by reason of insanity. It seems to me that if they can’t incarcerate somebody because their mental illness causes them to commit crimes - especially violent crimes like hers were - then they should at least be restrained in some way in order to protect society.

Do you know if the laws provide for dangerous criminals who are mentally incompetent to be required to be restrained in some way - either by being committed to a facility or some other way?

After what happened with the Ukrainian woman this should be a no-brainer. If a mental illness is causing people to be dangerous they should not be allowed to roam free, even if they can’t be incarcerated.
