Kirk appeared to be the only big political figure in his family. According to NBC News, his mother was a mental health counselor. Meanwhile, his father was an architect whose firm designed the Trump Tower in New York City.
Though Kirk built a reputation for himself as a right-wing conservative activist, he was raised by his parents in a politically moderate household, per The Guardian.
In high school, Kirk became an avid listener of conservative talk radio host Rush Limbaugh, per NBC News. He became more politically engaged as time went on, and launched a protest with a classmate in high school over the rising price of food in the cafeteria.
According to NBC News, Kirk was born in the Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights on Oct. 14, 1993. His parents raised him primarily in Prospect Heights.
The political activist attended Wheeling High School, where he was involved in school activities such as the Eagle Scout Association and the marching band, per his LinkedIn. According to his profile, Kirk also played several sports, including football and basketball.

How fitting that his father was part of the firm that designed Trump Tower, as Charlie himself was a political architect of sorts (for Trump)โฆand that his mother was a counselor doesnโt surprise me either given Charlieโs own sensitivity and even pastoral heart.
Not all mental health “professionals” are the same. We’ve known some that won’t treat PDJT supporters. Closer to home, our oldest is a mental health pro. She cut off contact 11/6/2024 due to our support of PDJT. Sad to say, they are too toxic now.
There’s a picture of Charlie with his wife in the linked People article. Standing next to each other. They’ve picked up what appears to be their two children, and in the picture, they are holding them.
NFN, but for their ages, daughter three years of age, the son sixteen months, the children look very large, very tall. Much bigger than one might expect.
This Is all good to know. But I have a question; Why are we not getting a detailed description of the killerโs political stance?
Ohh I know we are getting tidbits, like his lover is a furry/trans/sick twisted/mentally unwell freak. Or he wrote leftist messages on shell casings.
But why not a full description?

A high end architect, and the son went to a community college? Vey scanty info here, any siblings? Remarkable that there’s been nothing said by or about family, even Erika never mentioned his family or her own in her eulogy.

Has anyone else noticed that the enemedia appears to be veering away from using the ubiquitous “far right”, but the word conservative doesn’t have a negative connotation, so the use of the redundant but loaded word “right-wing” is also applied.

‘Twould seem that a good many “mental health pro” types need a good look in the mirror. Also appears to be an interesting correlation between those who pursued marshmallow major areas in ‘kollege’ show that those areas were the only areas where they stood a chance of passing.

STEM programs are expensive to run, tend to have lousy margins.

Charlie was exceptionally tall. He towered over his parents and sister. It is not surprising that his children would be tall, as well. Also, his wife was a Miss Arizona. She is probably of above average height, too.
You are confused. This is about Charlie, nit the assassin. I have to admit there several similarities between Charlie’s family and the murderer’s. I had to keep going back to the title to make sure they were talking about Charlie
Sounds to me like they are setting up the theme that CK was radicalized after he left home.
Sorry. I was confused. Charlie has a younger sister. I didn’t think he attended college at all. There may be more to come out at the later memorial, but ALL the family needs to be protected, not just his wife and kids.

no no , I am not confused, I read the article and all my comments are on point. The assassin’s father is a high end architect? I am interpreting a lot of what I read, or don’t read about CK’s family that there is a certain degree of estrangement, unlike the several pictures I have seen of assassin in family photos and the tale of his father having accomplished the apprehension
