A protester screamed '**** Charlie Kirk' as he drove through a candlelight vigil honoring the late conservative activist.
Hundreds of mourners gathered at the Idaho statehouse Wednesday to pay their respects to Kirk after he was shot dead by an unidentified assassin at Utah Valley University earlier that day.
But a massive brawl broke out at the event after a man riding past on a e-bike yelled out the expletive.
Kirk supporters knocked the man to the sidewalk, sending him curling into a ball, eyewitness video published by KIVI-TV shows.
The protester was apparently kicked and punched by the angry mob as they repeatedly shouted 'U-S-A! U-S-A!'
A woman could be heard pleading for the mob to stop, while others shouted 'get him!'
Boise Police officers stationed nearby eventually intervened and pulled the man to safety, before taking someone into custody. It is unclear if anyone has been charged in the incident.
Despite being pulled out of the chaos, the protester continued to try and antagonize the group.
He reportedly stood behind police shouting '**** you' and asking 'what happened to free speech?'
A mourner threw the man's question back in his face, yelling: 'What did happen to free speech? What happened to dialogue? What happened to discourse?'

My dad was stationed in France during the Korean War.
He had to escourt a French lady who worked on the Army base because the communist @ssholes were so vile and violent.
It’s going to get bad anyway, but if they do anything to disrupt the funeral, that will be Fort Sumter times 100. The way some of them are already parading around near vigils and trying to disrupt and insult the attendees, and even blatantly telling interviewers that they were happy about Charlie’s assassination, and that they would have done it themselves if they had the chance, is just a small taste of what’s coming.
If surrounded by angry honey badgers it’s best you don’t act like a tasty snake!

Good question. Seems to be the reason they assassinated Charlie Kirk.
Must have not been any cowboys there. I never seen anyone get up or run their mouth after a cowboy boot stomping.
They only want free speech when it is their speech.
Not if I were in that crowd.

Nothing. No one stopped you from speaking. But Free Speech does not cover Freedom from Consequences, and you sure reaped them!
And then there’s the concept of “Fighting Words.”
I remember getting an A in Drama Class in 8th grade. My presentation was “Chemistry Fun At Home.” My introduction consisted of lighting a firecracker in the classroom. The teacher liked the originality. I wouldn’t dare try that today.
