Then as towns and cities were supposed to set up community based treatment facilities, nothing much happened and we ended up with the strolling mumblers on our streets and sleeping on steam grates. Jail is not the best place for the criminally insane.
I also question some aspects of the story on the murder of this young woman from Ukraine.
Having seen several photos of the woman slumped in her seat after the supposed stabbing, my question is, Where is the blood? None on her body, her seat, the floor of the car or on surrounding seats. I watched a person die of a neck stab, there was blood spatter on the surrounding walls, on the body, and the ground where he lay. Maybe this is a story to promote more mental health services for crazy people. Elsewhere at FR it is being used by pro Putin/Russia propagandists to say we don’t care about a poor Ukrainian victim. If you saw the ENTIRE video, you would have seen her slump down between the seats, and then a trickle of blood starts flowing on the floor, turning into a POOL OF BLOOD. Jeezuz.
