Given the state of the law today, this effort probably won’t be successful, but it will nevertheless have two hugely important outcomes.
In the aftermath of yet another slaughter of young children at a Christian school by a transexual, Breitbart is reporting that the DOJ is considering whether transexuals are, as a group, too unstable to be allowed to purchase or own firearms. It is a serious issue in need of study.
It’s unlikely that the DOJ will win on this issue, but it will mean that the trans-violence connection may finally be exposed. Even better, leftists will be forced to argue against gun control to protect one of their two most favorite constituencies (with radical Muslims being the other).
There is certainly growing anecdotal evidence that, perhaps in part because of cross-sex hormones, transexuals are becoming an ever more violent threat to society.

One of the problems is that, as of now, insufficient data has been collected to prove a causal relationship between violence and people being treated for gender dysphoria. To quote Grok, “no comprehensive data tracks transgender individuals as perpetrators, making claims about their violence speculative.” Further, to the extent that there is data, it comes from hard left studies that uniformly paint transexuals as passive victims of society.
It appears that RFK Jr. intends to begin collecting data on this issue.

My first thought too. But, as Matt Walsh points out, once Democrats have the power, the LAST THING they’ll consider before turning the screws on us was how we behaved when in power.
They will do all that they can to DESTROY US, and have shown that precedence means NOTHING to them. Just think of Trump’s nominations versus Biden’s nominations 4 years ago. PLENTY of Republicans supported all of Biden’s picks, including some real ‘winners’. Haven’t seen ANY effort to help Trump...look at how they came out against Tulsi, Hegseth, RFK, etc.

As far as I can tell, Grok routinely obtains 15 internet pages of material, and intelligently digests and presents it to the reader. It’s a great service but I suspect that sometimes it is the old garbage in garbage out (GIGO) phenomenon.
There have been some high-profile cases of transexual violence. The MSM routinely obscures the connection. This may work on Grok. Andy Ngo often reports on transexual violence. I don’t know if he is Grok approved, but I believe him.
There is on-going reporting on transsexual violence. I wish the authors would always distinguish between a man pretending to be a woman and vice-versa. It’s reasonable to suppose that the biological implications are very different. However, there could be some common factor such as the use of anti-depressants or a common taught ideology.
I know one trans guy who would be perfectly fine with a weapon (if he doesn’t have them now). These are Americans wielding a sacred right of self-defense. Before taking their property, a jury should be involved.
When your suicide rate is over %40, it should be considered.

What’s going to be interesting will be the liberal response to this move.

Per Grok, about 1% of the population is transexual. Taken together, transexuals are far more likely to be mass shooters that the general public. Not all violence is mass shooting. Andy Ngo reports on the oversized transexual component of Antifa. He uses the term Trantifa to express the connection.
