Grand juries in Washington, DC decline to indict two accused of threatening to kill Trump

Grand juries in Washington, D.C. refused to indict two people accused of threatening the life of President Donald Trump, prosecutors confirmed to Fox News Digital Tuesday.

Officials from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington said both cases involved threats against the president while jurors rejected charges, preventing the cases from moving forward to trial.

One case involved Nathalie Rose Jones, who is accused of posting online threats to assassinate Trump and later repeating those threats directly to Secret Service agents during an interview.

U.S. Attorney for Washington, D.C., Jeanine Pirro, whose office pushed for the indictment, blasted the jury’s refusal on Tuesday.

"A Washington D.C. grand jury refused to indict someone who threatened to kill the President of the United States. Her intent was clear, traveling through five states to do so," Pirro told Fox News in an exclusive statement.

"She even confirmed the same to the U.S. Secret Service. This is the essence of a politicized jury. The system here is broken on many levels. Instead of the outrage that should be engendered by a specific threat to kill the president, the grand jury in D.C. refuses to even let the judicial process begin. Justice should not depend on politics," Pirro added.

In a second case, another grand jury declined to indict Edward Alexander Dana, who allegedly threatened to kill Trump while being arrested last month on unrelated charges of vandalism in Northwest D.C.

According to charging documents, Dana told police he was intoxicated, admitted making the threat and described himself as a descendant of the Huguenots, French Protestants who waged rebellions in the 1600s.

I have long been in favor of tossing nasty corrupt DC juries into prison for refusing to do their jobs.

Or for any other excuse.

The bottom line here is that we need to be putting DC juries in prison, and then we need to dissolve all DC courts.

Back in 2003-04, I was gate guard NCOIC at Ft Hood. One day, a soldier came to me expressing concerns of a civilian employee. Whenever he entered the gate, he would threaten to kill that ‘Nazi Bush”. I gave instructions to all inspectors that the next time, send him to me directly. Well it happened again, of course.

Upon questioning him, he still reaffirmed his commitment to kill the president. The MPs were called and he was arrested.

The next day, he was back in his car entering the gate. This time with his mouth shut. In disbelief, I called the MPs and asked, WTF? They said he couldn’t be held because he didn’t have the opportunity to carry out his threats (MMO). He was given instructions to halt all threatening language from henceforth.

Could be, just could be a similar situation here. I don’t know...speculation on my part.

the entire jury should LOSE their homes, their liberties,
their children, and then be jailed for life.

Cut their gravy train off and let them assimilate into our society or starve.

“...Her intent was clear, traveling through five states to do so...”

Call a grand jury in each of those 5 states.

Wish Trump would leverage the policing win to get a new DA elected.

Unfortunately, these are perfect examples of why bringing charges against the Dem scum who conspired against President Trump - Obama, Hillary, Brennan, Comey, Clapper, et al, - within the venue of D.C. would be exercises in futility.

Their acquittals would be as much of a foregone conclusion as holding the O.J. trial in Los Angeles.

Charge the DC grand jury members with giving aid and comfort to the domestic enemies of the United States.

DC juries are made up of crap normally floating in the cesspool. They absolutely hate Americans. They are the maggots that should be indicted, tried and locked up. Real haters of the President of the United States.

The fact that they’re wasting their time, and out tax money, with DC juries is just nuts. Either find a loophole to take it to another court, or let it go. Those DC mouth-breathing critters NEVER will do the right thing.

Well, on the bright side, at least the D.C. Juries (and Judges) didn’t offer the would-be assassins a good sniper rifle and access to the rooftops of their homes to try again.

(Or maybe they did, in private. Wouldn’t surprise me a bit.)

No, what we need to do is separate ourselves from that part of the country that hates us, and wants nothing more than to rob us blind and imprison us.

Military tribunals are the answer. The Leftists of DC AGREE with those who threaten Trump. DC residents ARE the insurrectionists.

I believe Congress could redraw the federal district court boundaries, eliminating Washington, DC,as a district and including it in Virginia and Maryland districts. Might not change much immediately, but it would be a good first step.
