The woman, who claims to be pregnant after being caught, is held by the hair and arms and stopped from stealing the bag at Piazza di San Lorenzo, a square in Florence
My God, why would any American want to visit Europe? I'd rather visit Detroit instead.
Probably a gypsy juvenile, so she will be turned loose the same day. Undoubtedly the police are familiar with this thief. What these vile creatures need is a sound caning, then thrown in jail for 2-3 weeks.
Too bad they didn’t mud stomp her into the pavement. She’ll be back out stealing again tomorrow.
Hitler offed 400k of them I do believe. What would Trump do? Their origin is India. Nothing there to steal.
Thou shall not steal. Read it somewhere. So if this culture is ok with it we can’t live amongst them.
Every trip I’ve ever taken to Europe, the gypsies have been there - on subways, in public squares, anywhere there’s a crowd. And I’ve learned to put my wallet in my front pocket when they’re around. Stereotypes usually exist for a reason.
Definitely gypsie dirt. They’re everywhere. Visited sacre coeur in Paris about 12 years ago and they congregated around the funicular like locusts. Watched them from the top just ripping people off below. Scum
France has zero interest in law enforcement even back then. Europe in general is gone, regardless of country. I’ll never visit again because it just will never be the same unless governments return to sanity.
It is the same thing.
Europe is nice. There's a lot to see. And their cuisine is excellent. Just don't go to London and Paris.
“why would any American want to visit Europe? I’d rather visit Detroit instead.”
Paris/Madrid/Rome or Detroit? Yea that’s a tough one.
So jail the crooks already!
If I want to see old statues of older men I can look them up online. Ditto visiting cathedrals or castles. I prefer the works of God (nature) over the works of man, and there is plenty of that in one form or another anywhere. Europe is a dying land of arrogant savages (true whether we are talking about the immigrants or the political elites), and that rules it out as a place worth visiting in my book.
When was the last time you’ve visited Europe.
“My God, why would any American want to visit Europe? I’d rather visit Detroit instead.”
Because in Florence you see more great art and architecture in 3 days than you can in Detroit in a lifetime. And the food is better and the good wine is still cheap. The women are prettier too.
My favorite getaway is the Texas Hill Country. It’s about a 4 hour drive to Driftwood, where I can enjoy world class wine on land once owned by COL William Travis. Fredericksburg is an hour to the west, where Admiral Nimitz was raised. More great food, wine, and beer to enjoy. The Museum of the Pacific War is not to be missed.
My travel wanderlust was sated when I was stationed in Germany. I’d still like to go back, but it’s not that important to me.
Never. I imagine it would be worse than Canada, which I visited many times growing up in the Detroit area. But by adulthood I started having trouble with corruption there and gave it up ~20 years ago. Canada is worse than Cuba, which I visited several times on smuggling runs a few years ago. And far worse than Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala which I’ve visited repeatedly on mission trips of various sorts the last few years. I’m adding Pakistan to my list in a couple months, which will be a bear for me, but I find ordinary and poor people much easier to deal with than the self-anointed so I will probably have more patience with Pakistan than I would with European countries.
You'll have a different opinion after visiting Europe.
Gypsy scum.
