India consumes about 5.5 million barrels per day of oil. Domestic consumption from its on-shore fields now down to 900K bpd.

That is 4.6 million bpd imported. 35% of that is from Russia. That is 1.6 million bpd. The rest from various Middle East players and Iran not one of them.

Russia’s exports of oil and oil products was 7.1 million bpd as of June. So the 1.6 number is only 22% of their total exports.

Note that oil products get a volumetric boost from refinery gain. Urals has a lot of diesel in it.
