Plus that canned salmon is so cooked I don’t even notice the bones, I do pick out the center spine sections.
I’ve used the ‘packets’ of salmon to make Salmon Dip fpr crackers. I’ve never had any problem with bones in the packet-style salmon.
Of course, there’s a lot LESS in a packet than in a can, so you’ll need more packets which would make the recipe more expensive.
I have an aversion to fish bones, too!
