The Imperial Judiciary

By now, we are getting used to lower courts misappropriating their roles, acting as if they occupied that of the chief executive. As these cases reach the Supreme Court, they are being overturned, but not without a cost to the president’s agenda or to the respect to which we’d normally accord the judiciary. The notion of a judicial coup is not far off, and people like Elon Musk suggest it’s time for Congress to initiate impeachment proceedings against the worst offenders.

This week, there are several examples of cases where the courts have been asked by plaintiffs to assume presidential powers, and except for one case still pending (the firing of Lisa Cook from the Federal Reserve Board), they did so.

Lisa Cook is a governor of the Federal Reserve Board. There is substantial documentary evidence that she lied on several mortgage applications. Even the left-wing Washington Post conceded this.

A public-records search by Reuters appears to confirm that on June 18, 2021, Cook obtained a mortgage from a Michigan credit union for a property in Washtenaw County, Michigan, which she said would be her primary residence. Two weeks later, she obtained a mortgage from a different credit union for a condo in Atlanta, which she also said would be her primary residence. Obviously, she could not live in two places at once.

Now sometimes people buy a house they plan to live in, then unexpectedly have to move -- a job loss, a transfer, a health crisis. That’s not fraud -- it’s life happening. But given that these two loans closed in such a short space of time… well, I’m finding it hard to tell a story where she thought she was going to be living in Michigan while applying for a mortgage on a property in Georgia

These judges need to be SWAT raided by the FBI and handcuffed naked in the road in front of their house during the morning rush hour.

To me, this ranks right up there with having a few unpaid parking tickets.

The difference between God and a judge, God doesn’t think he’s a judge!

America’s raggedy ass “judiciary” is the greatest threat to America’s freedom and democracy. It’s time for Americans to start taking that tyrannical empire down. Too many foreign sleazebags trying to tell Americans how to live. They all need to be deported back to where they or their ancestors came from before they start a civil war.

Cook called Trump a fascist. For this reason alone she should be jailed as an example to Democrats that Trump is playing by their rules. The J6 freedom fighters received draconian punishments for misdemeanors.

We can’t successfully impeach judges, but a Republican Congress and President can removal their tools of obstruction.

The Congress has Article I, Section 8 power to make rules for the government.

Perhaps a new law:

Federal judges shall not make law, but merely help litigants get the benefit of the text and intended meanings of the provisions of the Constitution when they were placed into it, statutory law and the remnants of common law.

No ruling or decision by a federal district or appellate court judge on a case against a government, a governmental agency or governmental person shall be applicable beyond each private entity or private person individually listed within by name or personal particulars by the judge personally.

No federal judge who has or has possessed foreign citizenship may adjudicate an immigration, asylum or removal case.

No district court federal judge shall work on a case who has a parent, aunt, uncle, sibling, child, grandchild or known partner of such close relative or a personal partner with any case related interest.

The following district and appellate court judges are hereby barred from hearing cases where the federal government is a party or federal funding is in contention:
....

If judges don’t want to be shaking their fists instead of gavels, they need to behave and know their place.

If judges don’t want to have to wear fools’ caps as Congress may require under Article I, Section 8, they need to behave and know their place.

If within their very limited jurisdiction...

In criminal matters, Federal Courts may render convictions.
In equity matters, Federal Courts may render judgements.
In civil rights matters, by virtue of the 14th Amendment, courts may render findings and judgements as a consequence.

In Constitutional matters between Federal bodies, Federal Courts render opinions.

Complying with these opinions is a legal fiction created out of whole cloth in 1803 by Marbury vs Madison for a case SCOTUS had no authority at the time to hear.

NO WHERE in the Constitution does it say The Courts trump the Legislative or the Executive.

But, what do I know and I don not feel strongly about it.

BTW, precedents and courts limiting defense arguments/evidence, and fabricated jury instructions and overriding jury nullification......are all more fictions that further enable this new titled nobility to run roughshod over the Laws of Nature, Nature’s God and the will of the People.

This crap will continue ONLY as long as it is tolerated. Logic dictates an end to it — one way or another.

Unless things are indeed going on behind the scenes that will soon address the current judicial insurrection, all the procedures and rules and nicey-nicey formalities will become utterly useless. Bad juju for everyone if that happens.

I don’t share your beliefs. When you don’t pay a ticket, there is no fraud, you simply evade the process. When they catch you as in a traffic stop for speeding you may be hauled off into a jail because you avoided paying your parking ticket and may have a substantial fine to go with paying you old tickets.

Not the same thing with lying on a government form for a reduced mortgage application. While we don’t know what kind of mortgage form she lied on likely it was a government guaranteed mortgage. By getting a preferred rate she is committing fraud, lying on a government application to get gain, the reduced rate. I don’t think a parking ticket for $25 or so is even in the same ball park as the tens of thousands of dollars she cheats the system out of interest.

Congress is in on the lawfare. No where in the US Constitution is Congress granted the authority over the POTUS. There is only one court the POTUS clearly answers to, it is the SCOTUS!!

The so-called judiciary has now sided with every POS country ripping off Americans. We need the ability to toss that scum out on it’s asses. It was just their subhuman rejects our enemies would send to American taxpayers to let them ride on our backs. Now, we can’t put tariffs on the ahos ripping off Americans of their money. The judiciary is in the wrong lane. It has got to go. They are nothing but the DNC’s official Communist chimpanzees.
