Queer adults aren't just obsessed with astrology — they believe in it.

There’s a reason you can’t go to a gay bar without someone asking for your sign or why your lesbian friend keeps offering to give you a tarot card reading. Queer adults are more likely to consult astrology or horoscopes, and they’re also more likely to believe in them.

Over half of LGBTQ+ Americans (54 percent) consult astrology or horoscopes at least yearly, according to a May survey from the Pew Research Center. This is nearly twice the percentage of the general U.S. adult population (28 percent). Another 33 percent of LGBTQ+ adults said they consult tarot cards, three times as much as U.S. adults overall (11 percent).

Of course they do. They’re demonic pagans, even the “Christian” ones.

I was looking at street plan of Plymouth, from about 1620 and comparing to the same streets (why would they ever change?) today. On the corner where Governor Bradford’s house had been there is now an astrologer’s office. The bones in the burying ground up the must be spinning.

Humans have a deep-seated hunger for some kind of religion. There's no meaning without it.

As John Lenox has said jokingly (paraphrased), "No one is as fervent about his religion as an atheist."

People in rebellion against God will have to fill the resulting vacuum with something.

Maybe also a big conservative/liberal divide? Humans seem to need some sort of religion.

Hey, don’t mess with Ringo. Although he has also found spiritual help on his path through Buddhism, he is now “a Christian” who finds he must “get down on my knees daily.” He also narrated the authentic “Thomas the Tank Engine” stop-motion presentations of Rev. Wilburt Awdry’s “The Railway Series,” moral parables despite not being specifically Christian. (George Carlin voiced them in America, where they were worked into the insufferably bad “Shiny Time Station” show.)

When a man stops believing in God he doesn’t then believe in nothing, he believes anything.

G. K. Chesterton

LBGTQ people are in rebellion against God and nature so naturally they will seek meaning and order elsewhere.

The idea that star charts thousands of years out of date could predict the future is laughable in the extreme.

I have known many professing Christians that read horoscopes in the news papers for entertainment purposes.

I would on occasion warn them against it as it opens them up to demonic forces.

Tarot Cards are even more dangerous.

Astrology is about as realistic as Greek Mythology. Gays, lesbians, trans, etc., all believe they are something they are not, so therefore they will believe anything they want, real or not. If two people were born on the same day, same time, would they both have the same personality? Absurd.

Interesting that’s there’s nothing about Ouija boards. Or would that be giving too much away for them?

They’d rather follow a supernatural force than a supernatural being because a supernatural force won’t tell them they can’t be way.

Excellent news.

I remember hearing Paul tell a story about the first time Ringo played with him and John. During the session, Paul and John looked at each other in amazement, and afterward they both said it was the first time they had played with a truly professional drummer.

What made Ringo stand out was his rock-solid timing that freed Paul to be melodic on bass, his short and perfectly placed fills that always served the song, and his unusual left-handed feel on a right-handed kit that gave the Beatles a unique swing. He was unselfish, creative with the kit, and had a rare sense of dynamics—knowing when to push and when to hold back.

In short, he wasn’t flashy, but he was the ultimate musician’s drummer, and he made the Beatles sound tighter and bigger than ever.

Lennon, Lennox, Lenin, Marx ... Newsome, Obama, Pelosi,

Yes. Communists cannot tolerate religion, but ignore 12,000 years of EVERY civilization needing, recognizing and following a religion.

When I was a kid growing up in the Eastern-mysticism 70’s, the bio-rhythm craze was in full swing. There were vending machines throughout public places that you could use to get your bio-rhythm card printed for a few quarters to know what was your strongest course of action at the time. You’d enter your birthday and a few other facts about yourself, and the machine would produce your “fortune.” It was just innocent fun, but I’m sure some people took it seriously, probably gays.
