Police confirmed that a Bulgarian man, Fatos Ali Dumana, was involved in an incident with a 12-year-old girl in Dundee, Scotland, but that viral online rumors of him being an illegal migrant who inappropriately approached the child were misinformation. The incident occurred in the Lochee area of the city on August 23, 2025.
Police findings: Police Scotland investigated the claims and reviewed CCTV footage. They found no evidence to support the allegations that the couple behaved inappropriately or that the man was an illegal migrant. Fatos Ali Dumana has lived in the UK legally since 2021.

They can include, as there are more, like Reddit and Mastodon, Instagram and TikTok and privacy-focused platforms like Vero or MeWe. If you like morals to run your emotions and life, jump in there. But choose wrong and you will end up in jail. They don’t always tell the truth and they are trying to get a reaction from the public with lies.
