Back in 2005 this interesting book was published.
It was a revised edition of the one he wrote in 1974.

The astronomy thread with pictures of heavenly bodies such as in Hubble views is elsewhere but all is forgiven for posting it here.
Whoever comes up with the new acronym will get a promotion 🙄

See what happens when The View goes on hiatus? Idle View panelists get into trouble.
Half of our population appears to be demon-possessed; yet, it doesn't seem to be UFO related.
Someone might know what that one happens to be. Sadly.
Maybe I need to work with them.
Full disclosure: I have not read the article.
Nevertheless, underwater speed and stealth make sense for any nation intent on strengthening defense.

If they don’t fly, they’re not UFOs.
Probably why the navy calls them “Fast movers”.
Excellent observation. I would add, though, that your comment doesn't exclude the UFO-demon connection.
How can we conclude there is no UFO connection? Each and every one of these freaks might have been abducted. How would we know? And what if the UFO thing is just a Trojan horse deception? What if these beings are just from an evil dimension? What if the UFO thing is just a head fake.
I sincerely hope you are equally upset when someone calls a “magazine” a “clip”. ;-D
The point is that sometimes they fly and sometimes they dive into the ocean.
DUH!!! If they were airborne BEFORE entering the water...they’re UFOs.
Those type crafts have been observed and reported on for about eighty years.
Underwater UFO. So flying underwater is now possible?
Right. USOs are the submersible vehicles.
Popularized by the 1974 Ivan T. Sanderson book.
I have never seen any UFO or submersible USO in my entire life.
A student assistant of mine in the library once casually mentioned that she and her girlfriend on vacation in the northern part of lower Michigan were sitting at the lakeshore by the woods.
There was a gushing sound and the water swelled. A traditional looking metallic saucer shaped object slowly and silently moved out of the water, the water dripping off it into the lake, it was still for a few seconds in the air, then started moving upward again and finally kept going until out of sight overhead. More like a balloon disappearing upward than a jet or a rocket, she said.
She said: “Well, that makes us people who have seen a UFO.”
“Yes, I think it does.”
She was not a wild type, a tale teller or anything like that. She never told a reporter.
