I know Colman from various British TV shows (e.g., police dramas like Broadchurch). She’s only 2 years older than Cumberbatch but could more legitimately play his mother than his wife, IMO. She’s a good enough actress but kind of has the look of one of those British gals who permanently resides at the pub with an ale in one hand and a cigarette in the other.

To me at least, most known for the portrayal as Queen Elizabeth in the Netflix series "The Crown" from three years back. Also three episodes of the Bear in the last couple years. A lot of her work was for UK movies / series that may not have made it over here, or weren't of interest.
