A petition is online for Harjinder Singh to be freed. Not kidding. "He just made a mistake" "He was just trying to feed his family" "He did not mean to kill three people".
This youtuber shows the videos on the petition and what other Sikhs are saying about Harjinder. BARF ALERT.

Huh? Did you change the headline in your original post? If you changed it from the headline on the link then that's why it was pulled.
He was driving like he did in India. I have seen the video of drivers in India. There are no rules of the road. Crossing lanes and heading full throttle into oncoming traffic is normal.
Newscum owns this murder. His state is lax and issued the CDL and the highway death sentence. Time for California to make a U-Turn.
Death penalty
Exactly! That law already anticipates the element of intent.
Not that logic has anything to do with this alleged reaction that seeks to exculpate this man, but, clearly, incapacity to speak English does not free him of the common sense obligation to understand that moving an 18 wheeler with its great mass at high speeds is inherently risky and a potentially dangerous undertaking. The obvious risk defines the duty of care obvious to anyone, literate or deaf and dumb.
He chose to engage in this activity for profit and thereby impose these risks on other innocent people. Rather than being excused for his ignorance, he must bear the responsibility for harm caused by his ignorance.
The need to feed one's family does not insulate one from the laws of manslaughter anymore than it insulates one from any criminal law.
That we must engage in this discussion illustrates the derangement of those allegedly protesting. It illustrates that these people utterly abandon our system of jurisprudence and, worse, our enlightened Western system of ordered values. They substitute identity of the parties for enlightened principles of right and wrong and so override justice.
I don’t understand how the driver of the car that hit him didn’t see the huge truck turning and blocking the road. It had to have taken some time to get the truck into that position.
Life is cheap where he’s from!
Most Indians believe in reincarnation. He probably thought he was sending them off to a better life.
But who are more responsible? His ignorance or the people that gave him the CDL in the first place?
Sure, he was the immediate cause of the deaths - but it shouldn’t have happened. Those that enabled it hold as much responsibility imho, nobody seems to be talking about it. To my understanding, he did not earn the CDL - was given it.
If the number were not fake, it would indicate total internet penetration there. That seems unlikely.
Ran into a lot of these morons before I retired from Pepsi as a driver 13 years ago. They usually came in from Canada and were hauling pallets into our manufacturing facility. Turbans, curry stench, terrible English, and very rudimentary backing up skills.
Condolences to families and friends of the innocent victims.
