I used Cialis for my BPH for several years and it worked better than anything that I have used since.
My employer changed insurance companies and the new insurance would not cover it, so my doctor changed me over to a series of other medications hoping to find one that worked just as well as Cialis did. None ever have.
Whatever you do avoid ProScar, it has some hellacious side effects for a small portion of users. I was one unfortunately.
