The problem for some of us who have covered the story since it's inception is that much of what we found has been scrubbed from the web.
Initially, Rich was looking for work.He applied at the DNC and was hired to stop hackers.
Little did they know he would release more info from anyone who tried to hack the dnc website!
While perusing the DNC site, which was his job, looking for potential hackers he noticed that there was a huge effort to keep Bernie sanders from being a successful candidate.
Hillary had plowed a lot of money into the DNC and basically it was hers to do whatever she wanted with.
Rich was an ardent follower of Sanders and as the young often do saw him as a savior for the failing party. He also saw hillary constantly stealing his donors,making sure he was kept out of the loop and doing everything she could to sabotage his candidacy.
That effort eventually worked with her becoming the candidate for President in the dem-rat party.
After seeing evidence over and over that Sanders was being heavily sabotaged by his own party Rich decided to take revenge.
He basically hacked much of the DNC website, put it onto several thumb drives and sent it to wikileaks. As the intel began to hit the news Hillary went crazy.the DNC hired crowdstrike to find the leak. They thought it was a hacker from outside the DNC confines. Never really suspecting anyone on the inside as the culprit.
Crowdstrike eventually figured out that so much had been sent to wiki that it had to be an inside job since no one could have hacked that much that fast and not been caught. Narrowing down the list of possible traitors to the dnc crowdstrike figured out it had to be Rich.
Once they presented evidence beyond guessing hillary called a meeting of big wig dnc types and had a vote on what to do about Rich. Hillary suggested they had to make an example of him to show what would happen to anyone else who got out of line. Basically they decided to have the CIA kill him.
Since the CIA doesn't do its own wetwork anymore, even back then, they tasked either MS13 directly or the FBI. It's hard to know who was directed to do the hit. Likely it was cia and then they farmed out to one of the two players.
There is some indication it was MS13 since two of them were killed a few months later. But the two who accosted rich on his way home from the bar appeared dressed in suite. As he walked home from the bar he was attacked by two attackers who shot him with a small caliber weapon likely a .22 handgun two or three times.
Later in the hospital a surgical group that specialized in gunshot wounds posted on the internet the results of their care of Rich. The post claimed he was determined to be in good shape and further work would be done in the morning when he had time to rest.
What came next is interesting and difficult to document. From what I read head of surgery Dr. Jack Sava entered the hospital with a group of rough looking individuals. Rich was cordoned off so he was visible to no one and some time later pronounced dead.
Later it was revealed that savas gal pal was a substantial donor to the DNC. Ironically, those in attendance to Richs injuries at the hospital included mayor bowser and donna Brazille. What they were doing at the hospital is extremely questionable.
Rich was later reportedly cremated killing off any evidence of anything. Absent a body we don't know who was cremated or if Rich is still alive or what happened.
Later in a few weeks researcher George Webb walked the same walk Rich did and found a few more clues to the hit. Cameras that could have revealed a lot and evidence that had been collected by dc police and was likely given to the FBI which we now know had been weaponized.
So that's where the story lies as far as I know.
