Matthew 24: 3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
I remember the look on my Mother's face when she described to me the terror of nuclear weapons. It must have been in 1960; I was about 6 years old. We went on tours of the results of the brisk trade in neighborhood bomb shelters. I remember one that was 3 stories deep; you could see straight down the ladders.
What was the first terror weapon in the long history of warfare. It goes back too far; the chariot was a weapon you couldn't run away from.
The first use of terror against drafted soldiers could be considered, internment in the prisoner of war camps in the American Civil War, against men and boys who had been drafted largely as farmers, specifically in an arrangement designed to get their property, by taxmen and bankers, and Shanghai them into factory work.
The issue is that they hadn't been professional soldiers, like Hessians, they were farmers.
Another notable instance of using civilians as pawns in war, was in the Boer war, in which the wives of the wily Boer guerilla fighters who, as a ragtag army thoroughly beat the 100,000s of the British army. So they had to use the Boer wives as human shields, starving those identified as having husbands fighting in the insurgency, so that an estimated 24,000 died.
After their experience in World War I, a war planned for 45 years, designed to attack the previously friendly German nation which was commercially and technologically eclipsing the U.K. and its banks, the U.K. and the U.S. agreed to target civilians.
(The banks identified their profit as $10,000 per dead solider. "10,000 in 1919 is equivalent to approximately $186,732.95 today when adjusted for inflation. This calculation reflects an average inflation rate of about 2.80% per year". Hence, the U.K., French and German economies can continue to function in a condition of ruin, as long as their banks get profits from their armaments industries, paid for by their taxpayers.)
The British leadership bombed German cities of no military value for a long time before the German leadership finally responded, but against identifiably military targets, but accidentally providing the pretext for open bombing of civilians by missing a military-industrial area and hitting a civilian area.
Thus when the Dresden which had no military value was hit by the U.K. and U.S. on 13 February, 1945, when Germany was already on its knees, at a cost of an estimated 300,000 lives, it was on the pretext that "they voted for Hitler". This was despite the fact that there were many civilian refugees who were fleeing the Russians.
These are just a few fragmentary examples, generally of "man's inhumanity to man". The world-poisoning effect of nuclear terror weapons, wielded against Japan when the Japanese were begging to surrender and, as MacArthur later admitted, they just needed to keep their Emperor intact as a national unifying symbol, the real object of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings were the Russians; who soon responded by ending the U.S. monopoly on The Super Weapon. Thus leading to our world with mutually-assured-destruction.
The rise of the Oreshnik, "Hazelnut Tree" hypersonic missile is not a good thing. It is merely an escalation, tightening up the pace of general, worldwide warfare one notch.
Strategically it means that we are now targets, who have been protected by oceans from the consequences of our Forever Wars in countries surrounded by some 800 of our military bases.
Previously undetectable ballistic missile submarines which are designed to lay low while enemy defenders search for them, are now being uncovered by satellite and drone overflights which can detect them, not by their sound signatures, but by magnetic anomalies.
Ballistic nuclear missile submarines, the Flash Gordon whiz-bang-ery of the Admiral Hyman G. Rickover era before 1960, are the obsolete aircraft carriers of the current age of warfare.
All the time we were over-extending ourselves keeping the world at bay in The Rules Based Order and being subjected to the hazards outgoing President Eisenhower warned about in his Military-Industrial Complex Speech, the rest of the world was busy looking for the cracks in our armor, even Iran which, from a night-time satellite photo is shown to be emitting hardly any light, even tiny Yemen, a country subjected to starvation after a decade of U.S. authorized Saudi bombardment, which is able to paralyze water-ways vital to world trade with a scrabbled-together missile arsenal.
U.S. civilians are riding the tiger of our military weapons "defense" industry, which only benefits a few Congressional districts and their representatives.
We can expect that, once the Russians have sustained large damage from the German, French and British armament industries and their bankers, our cities will be struck by Oreshniks: Washington, New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Chicago, Los Angeles.
“What was the first terror weapon in the long history of warfare. It goes back too far; the chariot was a weapon you couldn’t run away from.”
Maybe you are right.
In the Old Testament of the Holy Bible and in the book of Job, a question was asked by Job to God about the “lighted” chariots in the sky with wheels shaped like the moon.

Oh , now I remember you
You’re one of those who fancies themselves with a foreign language sign line
An academic perhaps ?
Or just a virtue signaler ?
If I missed the line that said this was written under a pseudonym , please correct me and show me where you pulled that from.
( Unless of course it was from your rectum )
Interesting. Food for thought. Maybe a quibble here and there, but like I said, food for thought. And btw, you certainly pissed off the right people. They are all out there scrambling to find out exactly who you are, rending their garments, and gnashing their teeth.
Bravo
Lol...i hear banjo music every time i read one of your posts.
and here I thought Momma said she drowned the dumb ones.
Ouch! Those are some of my favorite places!
This is my fav banjo song.
Enjoy.
( And yes, I have deep southern roots , a trail of tears survivor , a long walk survivor, a negro and 5 US Presidents in my family tree .
You could say I was a melting pot American with no racial prejudices or biased. )
But at least I don’t put fancy my sigline with foreign languages .
😎
.
The Japanese were begging to surrender?? Where is that documented? I have read that they were arming civilians to fight to the end and waiting for an invasion!
The rant , like all good propaganda, is partly true. That what makes it worth reading. War is Hell. There are no “good guys”—even the so called “Good War” wasn’t. Americans and Brits did bad things to win in WW II. It is comforting to make Hitler the Devil and his people demons, but they were just people. Hitler hid much of his horrors from the German People—as we hid what we did to Native American people in the 19th Century. War is a bad thing. This is true.
I agreed with most of what you posted, just not the propaganda using partial truths is good reading part.
But to each his own .
You know what I like about you ?
Your honest screen name !
🌵🦏
And btw, I didn’t have to scramble much, haven’t rended my tunic or done any gnashing.
But you go right ahead and fabricate and be delusional to your heart’s content.
That’s what makes a good rino.
Also part of the Army revolted and tried to kidnap the Emperor so he couldn’t make his surrender speech. This was in order to keep the war going. The Emperor’s civilian household staff protected him with several losing their lives.
It is comforting to make Hitler the Devil
/
It is comforting to be able to view Hitler as a devil, cuz that paper hanging bastard
( hat tip to Gen. Patton)
was truly satanic and evil.
Truth IS comforting.
And as much as it pains me to say it, the Cherokees were divided with some of them signing the agreement with the Gov that resulted in their trail of tears .
And the German people surely knew about the persecution and abuse of the Jews.
Just saying.
For a cultural bigot your not very bright.
Nutella went downhill years ago.
You lost all credibility with “Japanese begging to surrender.”
I considered your points up until that point, then I concluded you were a blithering idiot.
What makes you call me a culture bigot ?
Just more baseless crap pulled from your rectum ?
You seem to have a lot of stuff stuffed up there
You must have a lot of room stretched out up in there
Is there a rainbow flag draped over it ?
.
The way you just make slanderous crap up
You MUST be a urinalist/analist
If not, you could be , I’m sure CNN would hire ya

Putler and his trolls can suck it.
Damn, you not only use an AI written article, but you have found an AI that writes an article in which it self-identifies by stating, "I am Ukrainian," and features real time content generation and analysis of over 20,000 tweets. Not only is the news make-believe, even the Ukranian author is make believe. Bravo!

DeepNewz Review: An In-Depth Overview
What is DeepNewz?
DeepNewz is an innovative news platform that utilizes artificial intelligence to generate original news stories in real time. Unlike traditional news aggregators and summarizers, which compile content from various sources, DeepNewz creates its own articles from scratch. By leveraging an extensive network of over 20,000 sources, including tweets from journalists, writers, and bloggers, DeepNewz's AI identifies trending topics and potential news stories as they emerge.
How It Works
DeepNewz employs sophisticated AI algorithms to analyze tweets and other data from various sources. This process involves scanning and interpreting information from over 20,000 accounts to detect trending subjects and newsworthy events. Once a topic is identified, the AI generates original content, crafting informative and engaging headlines while avoiding clickbait tactics. This approach ensures that the news delivered by DeepNewz is timely, relevant, and credible. Additionally, the platform maintains a comprehensive archive of news stories organized by topics, entities, and importance, facilitating efficient exploration of historical news.
Due to the lack of alarm I suspect the US military already has laser defense weapons - perhaps even space-based - which can wipe hypersonics from the skies with little effort. Government is naturally reluctant to publicly discuss its capabilities, so media coverage centers on “modern legacy” platforms like the F-47 fighter, which can be sold at high profit margins to second-tier nations.
Oh.
You think I have a French problem cuz of what I said about your sig line ?
It’s so illogical and presumptive it took a while for me to decipher
Had nothing to do with being bright.
More like you’re deficiency not mine
I do have French as a matter of fact , royalty at that, some Spanish royalty, Scottish, English, even 3 emperors of Rome , not bragging just proving your assertion I’m a culture bigot couldn’t be more ignorant.
So to call me a cultural bigot is pretty ignorant.
But hey, you do you .
No, what I have a problem with is fancying your sigline so everyone is duley impressed by your snobbery.
Damn it, you’re an American have an English sig line, or are you a cultural bigot who hates his own country/culture and are just projecting like libtards do ?
Or are you even an American ?
