“Season 4, which was just released early this month, is currently available at select theaters in the US.”
Seasons 1-5 are all available on Amazon Prime. Wife and I have 2 episodes of season 5 remaining to watch. Highly recommended.
I like The Chosen. In before the Pharisees…
Isn’t Danny Thomas one?
I went to Austria in 1990.
The only person I remember meeting was the bartender in the hotel in Innsbruck.
He was a Christian from Lebanon. He said that he and his family had to leave when the Muslim’s took over because they would have been killed.
lebanese actors? c’mon man, what’s their sexual preference have to do with it... they do look like real men though.
All the Lebanese kids I knew growing up were Christians. Of course I went to Catholic schools so there’s that.
Maybe Klinger too?.
LOL
I am blessed every time I watch The Chosen
yes, I watch it again and again
I prefer JESUS of Nazerth.
I remember when they used to show that on network TV.
The Chosen is genius. It is absolutely brilliant.
I have not seen season 5 because I wait to purchase the dvd, but so far I find it theologically sound.
Like yourself, I appreciate the choice of actors.
The Chosen does a better job of tying the Old and New Testaments together than any other Jesus movie.
Each time I watch it, I glean something new.
Dallas Jenkins sneaks little details in: the final edict being carried by horses the same color as the four horses of the apocalypse, Elizabeth eating honey when she is pregnant with John, King David anointing the Passover Lamb’s hooves a few scenes before Mary anoints Jesus’ feet.
Tell your friends behind the scenes to keep up the good work and thank them for blessing me and my friends.
Will do!
