One of my neighbors fed the Muscovy ducks. They shat on everything, ruining paint and making yards unusable. They destroyed gardens, damaged cars and made all kinds of disturbing noise. The neighbor got so hysterical about people who didn’t like the ducks the neighbors put up with all the damage. Then, the neighbor died. The ducks were shortly gone. (I was nowhere around. You can’t prove a damned thing.) The neighborhood was infinitely improved.

Before any illegals were actually on Medicaid they just went to the ER for everything and walked away from paying. This caused a lot of ERs to close reducing access to everyone.
