Funny how that reporter never mentions that Victoria has only one complete arm. Her right arm stops at the elbow joint. The end is very smooth in appearance, as though she had been born that way. Maybe this is why a 20 yr old woman would consider herself still vulnerable enough to be a victim of “grooming”. She dresses herself well.
