Yes, it’s a legal win, but I expect the government to find some sneaky way to stop it from being enforced. Maybe pass some law that “municipalities that publicly express racial hatred are ineligible for federal funds”.

The 1 thing we know all too well, that side of the aisle doesn’t like to be told “no”.
