It may be useful to separate out different parts of the event.
1) The Wuhan story... We financed a lab with unwise procedures.
2) The real disease targeted the elderly, those with co-morbidities, and healthcare workers of these.
3) The disease did not target school children or young adults in the work force. Yet those not the target were the primary target of government policies to contain the disease.
