I saw your suggestion on another thread and thought it was a great idea.

The 2024 election cost about $15 BILLION... insane.

this is how we can save that money and increase election integrity... using blockchain and smart devices.

note:
in order to be recognized by the blockchain, every person must register with a previously recognized blockchain member with authority to register.

steps for the US:

- POTUS placed on blockchain
- POTUS authorizes every state governor to the blockchain
- each governor defines all districts to the blockchain
- each governor authorizes each supervisor of elections from each district
- upon all supervisors being authorized, each governor will register the state is ready for election prep
- each supervisor would register any subordinates needed to register voters
- every voter must provide proof of identity when they register to vote
- the registering agent would scan certain documents that prove identity for the blockchain
- when registering, every voter would be given a voter-id number, choose a password, and register a palm or fingerprint
- voters will have a ballet-wallet created and placed on the blockchain
- a wallet address would be registered for the voter with the supervisor
- voters can open their ballot-wallet using a smart-app similar to an ewallet for crypto
- sidenote: when voters move, die, or somehow become ineligible to vote, an event would be pushed to the blockchain
- when an election is announced, the governor for each state will post the event to the blockchain
- upon pushing an election announcement, the governor will authorize all supervisors to design a ballot for the races in the district
- supervisors would push the ballot design to the blockchain, notifying the governor
- the governor would authorize and approve the ballot design for every supervisor
- when all supervisors have completed their ballots, the governor will note the event
- the governor will push an event for all supervisors to push ballots, one per wallet, each being recorded to the blockchain
- the time and date the election will open will then be pushed to the chain
- once the election starts, voters would be able to open their wallets and see their ballot
- note: ONLY the voter can see and use THEIR ballot.
- note: total number of ballots is exactly the number of registered voters for that district
- voters would see the ballots rendered on a smart device (most likely with pictures and links to details)
- when a voter submits their ballot, it is recorded to the blockchain live along with various meta data to protect against fraud
- the blockchain would be monitored live (ie: https://bitcoinmonitor.com )
- the results of an election would be known the minute the election ends
- voters could vote multiple times... but they would only be updating their vote.
- voters could check to make sure their votes were registered properly at any time (the blockchain would exist forever, theoretically)

this would eliminate multi-voting, multi-state voting, dead voting, ghost voting, and most other shenanigans.

you could vote from anywhere in the world and your vote would still be cast in your home district.

if people do not have a smart device, they could go to the local fire station where a public tablet would be made available.

The first control is to clean the voter rolls.

The second is to restrict absentee ballots to necessary exceptions that are specifically identified to one individual.

The third is to sequence and account for all absentee ballots from printing through vote counting.

Finally, the vote count must be manual, with all ballots kept for verification and audit.

I'm going to suggest that ballots are sent only to a specific person (registered voters) and that name and address is on a strip connected to the actual ballot. It has a number and matches the ballot.

You tear off the strip and that is your receipt. That would be equivalent to signing in at the polls. Yes No ???

I thought you had a good idea until you mentioned that the Postal Service should be involved.

I hate to break it to you but they're the ones that are being paid to bring boxes of ballots in trucks that we pay for.

No ballots should be mailed in.

It's easy to find out who are disabled in any area of the country and only those should ballots.

I would make it the job of the local registrar of voters to get those ballots.

Ever since CaCaLand gave illegals driver’s licenses upon entry and simultaneously registered them to vote (using same emptyparking lot as address) and then implemented ONLY mailin ballots — there has been and cannot be an honest election in this state.
No extra effort required, this is routine. So much so that I’ve received multiple ballots in spite of living in the same house for 35+ years.
CaCaLand is a one-party state and as corrupt as it can be. Only martial law will make a difference.

That’s why we pay you the big bucks.

I have nothing to add. Let the meltdowns commence
