He started the bombing of London in September.

The Brits bombed Berlin first.

Seems like Islam will conquer the world. Last places to fight will be India and Latin America.

Yeah.

After the Hitler-Stalin pact, USSR took parts of Poland too.

They invaded Poland about two weeks after their new Allie’s, the Nazis, did.

They were sharing Poland for about two years, each with their own annexes.

1941 the Nazis broke the pact and took all of Poland by taking the Polish territory that the USSR had taken in 1939.

"Not if the Brits told the French and Belgians to ‘flip off’."

Britain was not about to do that because Belgium was trying to remain neutral, but Germany invaded it anyway, violating the Treaty of London. Britain wasn't about to allow Germany to take control of the coast and waterways leading into Europe. Germany began bombing London on May 31, 1915, and continued until the summer before the war ended.

Britain would get maybe 10-20 years more of its empire. It was all going to go away eventually. It wouldn’t have had to pay for the war, but Germany would “eat Britain’s lunch” (to use a Bidenism) by outcompeting Britain in foreign markets (as would the US and Japan).

The Guardian should instead look at the anti-Semitic drivel vomited up by the BBC World News service. It’s done CONSTANTLY, it’s publicly broadcasted, and it’s financed by anyone in Britain with a TV.

The UK had already bought the E-ticket to ride with WW1 so they had little choice in 1939.

"The Brits bombed Berlin first."

The Nazis invaded the Channel Islands first on June 30, 1940. I'm not going to blame Britain for taking retaliatory action on August 25th of that year.

There is absolutely no doubt in my Military Mind.

And the ‘Socialist Democrats of America’ (TM) will speed that along as quickly as possible. *SPIT*

They could have had “peace in our time”.

No! Wait! Didn’t they try that at first?

I’ve been thinking about that lately, but also about this: Britain was the world’s number 1 power in 1900 and far from that by 2000 (or even 1950). The ruler of Germany in 1900 was Victoria’s grandson, Edward VII’s nephew, and George V’s cousin. All he had to do was keep his country’s economy growing and cooperate with Britain, and Germany would have been in a marvelous position to pick up the pieces as Britain declined. Of course, Britain also should have recognized that working with Germany as well as with the US was essential, but Germany really f-ed up big time.

If it wasn’t for France’s stupid alliance with Russia, the Germans wouldn’t have had to invade Belgium.

Why did the French care about who won between Germany and Russia?

Nicky deserves a lot of the blame for starting the war, too.

They’re communists. We can’t really afford to lose another election. In a way, we lucked out the last time with Joe Biden because he was that incompetent.

Actually Germany lost the Battle of Britain when Hitler resorted to terror bombing, instead of focusing on military targets.

They also lost that air war because Germany didn't have the means to produce as many planes as the UK. Britain also had better pilots. The V-1 and V-2 rockets were Hitler's last resort.

The U.S. didn't supply the Brits with any planes during the blitz. It wasn't until later that we began sending them planes.
