Really like Brett as a podcaster, but article is correct. The cultural vacuum means that even if elections go the “right” way, there will be yet another generation of people left to grapple with being a part of a culture all other days of the year, that does not care to inspire nor involve them.

”…At some point, conservatives are going to exhaust the supply of “hey-look-at-the-crazy-lefties” commentariat. We’re going to have to make something…” This is an asinine article.

This article misses the point. There is an entire industry on YouTube where a bunch of conservative, liberal and moderate “influencers” react to “insane” YouTube posts from the other side. And a surprising number of the insane YouTube posts are created precisely to generate a reaction. Its two sides of the same coin. People like to watch them for fun or to indulge in rage porn. I doubt anyone is looking to Brett Cooper to be a conservative saviour. She’s making money with what she does, but that’s the extent of her influence.

The article is correct...But...all of Taylor Sheridan’s vast body of work could be seen as “conservative” in that it is good, and it’s not woke....Even so, the call for conservatives to create is always good.

Whenever I watch her, I can’t help but thinking she’s Ben Shapiro in drag.

Unless we start preaching the Gospel, and living by example (which is the same thing) we will not change the culture. Any effort to try and change the culture without God will be futile.
And yes, I really don't care if people don't want to hear the Gospel. It's what they need.

One problem is that unless you are in a self-segregating religious community like the Amish, separation from the mainstream culture is difficult. If you separate as much as possible by being self employed, living in a deep red area, homeschooling your children, attending a fundamentalist Protestant or a traditionalist Catholic church, and limiting access to the internet and TV, you may stand a better chance. However, children often wonder why the mainstream culture is so bad and plunge into that culture when they come of age. Katy Perry, who seems to be a lost soul, grew up in a Pentecostal home toa husband-wife team of pastors. She mainly attended Christiajln private schools.

“Conservatism’s Creative Bankruptcy”
Yeah, I get the complaint.
So too, your Grandpa’s Conservatism is not what America needs today. Bill Buckley’s time is over and done.
MAGA is what America needs for a new generation of Americans. Ya don’t have to re-invent, or re-create real American Conservatism. It’s here already.
America First. Sell it here? Make it here, hire here. Close the phookin border. Absorb and assimilate those that are here, or throw them out. No more policing the planet. Stop the GloBull War-mung crapola. MAHA to get the poisons out of our people. The list goes on.
The good part for young people?
The self-absorbed America wrecking Boomers are dying off ~ 3 million a year.
And it’s accelerating, many thanks to the WuHu booster embracers.
Live by the sword, d-i-e by the sword.

That one sailed for me a while ago. While I generally agree with most right wing commentary it’s no longer interesting to me. Same thing I was saying thirty years ago. Now I’m looking to see how far Trump is going to get and what infamy the Left will pull. I’m guessing leftist violence/terrorisim by Trumps second year.
