The article is correct...But...all of Taylor Sheridan’s vast body of work could be seen as “conservative” in that it is good, and it’s not woke....Even so, the call for conservatives to create is always good.

Really? Maybe there's a little too much "Indians good, whites bad" in some of it. Too much wokeness in "1923" can affect the quality of the show.

I think the problem with Judge's argument is that fiction is "downstream" from non-fiction. Indeed, non-fiction can affect politics and the ideological sphere more than fiction can. So maybe think of "culture" in that more inclusive sense and not worry so much about whether there are conservative novels, conservative fictional films, and conservative fictional television shows. Maybe there will be if people's thinking alters. Maybe it won't matter, so long as people's thinking changes.
