since then they’ve done what they can to kill them off (planned parenthood) and keep them down (anti civil rights)

Black criminals and black victims. It’s an important relationship that I don’t think is mentioned often enough. Soft on crime polices are systemic racism. It keeps black people down.
Liberal Democrats have incited many black riots over the decades. A few days of violence and looting by a few are followed by decades of shopping and work deserts experienced by many. The neighborhoods most depressed are black neighborhoods. That is another example of modern day systemic racism.
Low quality government owned city schools regularly fail to teach black students. Systemic racism once again.
Because they are utterly incompetent and need a group they can look down on.
Dems want blacks miserable and poor. At election time dems get their money and votes by promising to get Whitey’s money for them.
