Sorry for a little bit of thread drift:On October 16th, 1990, I was just watching the news, and the girl says, Coming up, (blah blah), and the Jazz world loses a legend.

I just absent-mindedly said, "Must be Art Blakey." And the news came back on and sure enough, it was Art Blakey!

That was so weird, and it has stuck with me ever since.
