The area’s name ‘Palestine’ was cemented in the world wide consciousness because the Christian Bibles that were distributed throughout the world in the late 1800’s and 1900’s had maps in them with the area Palestine inserted in the location of Israel. These Bibles were distributed around the world by Missionaries, so they were able to insert their own label. There has never been a recognized country of ‘Palestine’.
I asked Grok how many muslims lived there before 1880, and the answer was 350,000.
I asked how many live there now, and the answer was 7,000,000 (which I doubt, a bit).
Regardless, the 350,000 did not breed to become 7M-ish. Most migrated there after the Jews returned and made it productive. They were Egyptians, Lebanese, Syrians, and Saudis, etc. Most had no family roots in the area. They were the immigrants attracted by wealth and jobs created by others.

Modern “Palestianians” are not deserving of a country with a name. they are tribal pawns of muslim puppetmasters. Send them back to Egypt or Syria or Jordan. Make Gaza a resort.
