They neglect to say what ingredients were in the placebo and whether on not they were contaminated with glyphosate. Round-Up Ready Wheat and? Soy perhaps? I have no problems eating bread products in Europe. More gaslighting.

I think it’s the chemicals they allow in US bread. When I stopped eating it my health significantly improved and I lost my big fat gut almost immediately.

I believe that people are suffering from problems eating wheat, but it’s not the gluten. It’s the pesticides and genetic modifications, both of which we aren’t allowed to discuss, that are adversely affecting us believing that the wheat itself is bad.
There are innumerable documented instances of Americans going to Europe, eating their breads and pastas, and having zero reaction from them. That should be the beginning of the story.

“Gluten free” is a marketing gimmick. People see it and think, “wow, it must be good if it is gluten free.” I am willing to bet 99% of the people who buy “gluten free” items have no idea what gluten is.
