The problem with 90% of Americans and an obese America is not that they're utilizing lesser effective exercise techniques. The problem with 90% of Americans and an obese America is that they utilize
no exercise techniques.
Plus, we're addicted to getting most of our food from junk food/cardiovascular nightmare sources.
And, you simple minded fools. Stop smoking marijuana. You were stupid to begin with. That crap just makes you more stupid.

I despise marijuana and the legalization movements. Bad for your mind and health. Great for increasing the numbers of numbnutz Democrats, liberals and socialists.

No, DON'T forget yoga, pilates and spin. All of this is good and healthful. But by all means incorporate walking into your fitness program.
Keep moving, people.

“This makes sense. This is a low key version of HIIT.”
Also a derivative of “Fartlek training,” which is a Swedish term of “speed play.” As a competitive middle and long distance runner back in the back in the 1970s, my Fartlek training consisted of running full speed for two sets of telephone poles, followed by walking one set of poles, jogging one set of poles, and then full speed again for two sets of telephone poles, over several miles.
